Refund policy
Returns:
We are confident you will be delighted with your product, however we can accept returns within 7 days. Products must be in unopened and unused condition so we are able to receive into our warehouse. We will request photos to confirm the status of the product before accepting a return. You will also need to cover the cost of shipping for a return or exchange and we will reimburse cost of product or difference in product price.
Faulty or damaged products:
Pouch Australia products are very rarely received faulty or damaged. However should you receive what you consider to be a faulty or damaged product, please email us at sales@playpouch.com.au with images of the perceived fault or damage along with your order number so we can asses and if appropriate, advise the process of replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping for products deemed faulty or damaged.
